Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Faith Alive websites run by Core2Life Products, which include digital.core2lifeproducts.com and its product sites, and to any digital product you download or buy from them. By using these sites or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Core2Life Products is a small business based in South Carolina, USA. Faith Alive is our line of Christian books, devotionals, and curricula. You can contact us at core2lifeproducts@gmail.com.

2. Our products

• We sell digital products only: downloadable books, devotionals, small-group and family curricula, course materials, and audio, delivered as files such as text documents, MP3 audio, or ZIP archives. Nothing is shipped.
• Each product page describes what is included.
• Free samplers are offered so you can preview a product before buying.

3. Prices and payment

• You must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) to buy a product.
• Prices are in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms.
• Unless a product page and the checkout clearly say otherwise, every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown on the checkout page.

4. Delivery and re-downloads

• After your payment is complete, Stripe sends you straight to your download.
• Your purchase link works only for the product you bought. You can re-download that product up to 25 times within 30 days of your first download. We recommend saving the files to your device.
• If a download doesn't work, or your re-download allowance runs out, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will help.
• If a purchase is refunded or disputed, its download link stops working.

5. Your license to use our products

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

You may:

• Use it for your own and your household's study, devotion, and teaching.
• For curricula and small-group materials, print or share copies with the members of a group, class, or household that you personally lead, for non-commercial ministry use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product.
• Post it publicly online, including on public file-sharing links.
• Include it in another product.
• Present it as your own work.

If you want broader use, such as church-wide or multi-site use, email us first.

6. Free samplers

Samplers are free previews and come under the same license as paid products. We may change or withdraw samplers at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The text, audio, images, and design of our sites and products belong to Core2Life Products or are used with permission. Scripture quotations and any other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and are used as noted in each product.

8. The nature of our content

Our products are Christian educational and devotional resources. They are not professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or danger, please contact your local emergency services.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our sites. For example, do not try to get around purchase checks or the download limits, share purchase links publicly, scrape the sites, interfere with how they run, or use them for anything unlawful.

10. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how refunds work. In short, we refund any purchase on request within 14 days of purchase.

11. Disclaimers

Apart from what our Refund Policy promises, and to the extent the law allows, our sites and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result from using our products.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. If you have a problem, please email us first; most issues can be resolved quickly that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be decided in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes apply to purchases made after the update.
